These terms govern your use of this website and the engagement of services from S RANK Computer Programming Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (Business Name No. 8117975).

Services

We provide computer programming services, including custom software development, web development, business automation, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing per project.

Payments

Fees and payment schedules are set out in each project agreement or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, deliverables become the client's property upon full payment, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, which remain ours and are licensed to the client as needed to use the deliverables.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of Laguna, Philippines.
